Bizagi Acquires Top Floor Of 3 Chiltern Park Buckinghamshire For New UK Headquarters

International software specialist Bizagi, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has acquired the 2nd floor at 3 Chiltern Park, Chalfont St Peter in Buckinghamshire for its first UK headquarters. The firm has signed a 5 year lease, with 3 year break, on 4,051 sq ft at a rising rent of £49,511 per annum in year 1 to £101,272.50 per annum in year 3.
Bizagi specialises in improving business processes and clients include large hospitals, manufacturing companies, oil exploration sites, worldwide bank and government’s pension systems. The company also has offices in Madrid, San Francisco, Bogota in Columbia and Sao Paulo in Brazil.
