Following Praxis’ acquisition of 400, 450 & 475 Capability Green, Luton in May 2023, we are delighted to announce that Bionic have acquired the whole of 475 Capability Green which comprises of 25,500 sq ft at a new record rent for the park of £25.00 psf.

Bionic are a market-leader in business comparison across energy, finance, insurance and connectivity and have outgrown their existing space in 400 Capability Green, which we let to them back in May 2021.
