AAA Ltd Makes A Move On 28 Clarendon Road In Watford
Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a five year lease with AAA (Aspire Achieve Advance) Ltd for 3,417 sq ft of offices at 28 Clarendon Road in Watford.
AAA Ltd is paying £82,928 per annum, which equates to a rental of £24.27 per sq ft. There is a tenant only break at 3 years subject to a rent penalty, 6 months rent-free and a capital payment as a contribution towards extra parking.
28 Clarendon Road, which provides 20,000 sq ft of energy efficient, Grade A space was the first fully refurbished office development in Watford since 2005.
International consultancy and construction firm Mace took 4,912 sq ft in January 2014 year on a 10 year lease at a rental of £20 per sq ft.
