BFS Acquires £10 Million Mixed Use Site In Staines For Mercer & Melford Capital

Mercer & Melford Capital, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has acquired a 2 acre mixed-use site in the centre of Staines for £10 million. Majestic House, located on the High Street in Staines, has planning consent for nearly 430,000 sq ft of residential, office, hotel and leisure uses.
Rob Bray of Bray Fox Smith comments, “This is a fantastic central site with an existing planning consent. We are now working up detailed plans with the client and are likely to seek a purchaser for the residential element of the site and develop out the commercial space.”
