On behalf of Columbia Threadneedle, Bray Fox Smith have sold Fusion 1, 2 & 3 on Solent Business Park in Fareham at a net price of £24,500.000
Fusion is a high-profile office development of three good quality buildings totalling circa 160,000 square feet and tenants include ITV, DOMO and Hampshire Police.
The properties were acquired by Praxis.
