Her role involves supporting the team and helping to manage the London office alongside Charlotte. She joined the firm having gained experience in the Banking sector, having worked at Lloyds Banking Group for 14 years as an Executive Assistant.

Bray Fox Smith has let 34,854 sq ft at The Metro Building, Hammersmith on behalf of Patrizia. Mindspace have taken the 6^th, 7^th and 8^th floors on a Management Agreement and will be opening the centre later in the year. Hammersmith will be their third centre in London following on from Shoreditch and Aldgate.

The office floors have been fully refurbished to provide contemporary space with exposed services and will also benefit from a new reception and café in the building.

There are only two suites remaining to let in the building which include 5,323 sq ft on the part fourth and 5,624 sq ft on the part second.
