34,854 sq ft Let at the Metro Building!

Bray Fox Smith has let 34,854 sq ft at The Metro Building, Hammersmith on behalf of Patrizia. Mindspace have taken the 6th, 7th and 8th floors on a Management Agreement and will be opening the centre later in the year. Hammersmith will be their third centre in London following on from Shoreditch and Aldgate.
The office floors have been fully refurbished to provide contemporary space with exposed services and will also benefit from a new reception and café in the building.
There are only two suites remaining to let in the building which include 5,323 sq ft on the part fourth and 5,624 sq ft on the part second.
