Revamped Watford Office Promises Business Boost
Property investor Threadneedle is hoping to boost jobs in Watford by attracting a new occupier to its refurbished office building on Clarendon Road in the heart of the town.
Threadneedle has launched its refurbished 20,200 sq ft office scheme at 28 Clarendon Road on to the market and is confident the highly-specified and energy efficient building will prove to be a hit with a new tenant.
Letting agents Bray Fox Smith and Stimpsons say the high quality of the refurbishment should prove attractive. The building includes a glazed entrance, on-site parking, cycle racks and landscaping, as well as good energy efficiency that results in low energy bills. The office space has floors measuring from 1,500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.
The agents say the other big attraction of the building is its excellent lcoation, within easy walking distance of the town’s amenities, such as the Harlequin Shopping Centre, Watford Junction rail station and Watford High Street station. Also it has easy access to junction 5 of the M1.
