Williams Lea Agree New Space At Capability Green
IVG (Uk) Limited, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a new 10 year lease, with a 5 year break, with Williams Lea for 13,127 sq ft at 500 Capability Green in Luton, at a rental of £225,000 per annum.
Williams Lea, the business outsourcing business, is relocating from elsewhere on the Park and has taken the first floor East Wing at this 75,000 sq ft office building, which is within easy reach of both Luton Parkway railway station and Luton airport.
IVG has been refurbishing the building on a rolling programme and Bray Fox Smith is currently marketing the remaining 13,600 sq ft on the first floor. The building is also occupied by AB Inbev, Stonegate and Northgate.
Paul Smith Commented that “500 Cap Green continues to attract high caliber tenants and provides some of the best space on Capability Green, which in itself remains the Southern M1’s premiere business Park”.
