West End offices converted to other uses

Recent research has shown that more than 4 million square feet of office space in the West End of London has been converted to other uses this decade. The majority has been converted to residential as demand from high net worth overseas purchasers pushes values up but hotel operators have also been active.
If ever the adage location, location, location held true it is in the West End. Not only is it a great place to work but also to live and play and the competition for space creates challenges and of course opportunities for those lucky enough to hold property here.
