Watford’s 34 Clarendon Road Signs Further Tenant
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a deal with recruitment specialists TWRG (Waterhouse) for new offices at 34 Clarendon Road in Watford.
This is the third tenant signed at the scheme this year, with earlier lettings to Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd and Reed Executive Ltd.
Waterhouse has signed a 5 year lease on suite 3.3 which comprises 1,125 sq ft, at a rent of £22.50 per sq ft or £25,312 per annum. The deal includes a tenant only break at the end of year 3 and 4 months rent free.
34 Clarendon Road is a four-storey office building which was extensively refurbished by Columbia Threadneedle in the 2000’s.
Two suites are still available at 34 Clarendon Road , comprising 1,900 sq ft and 2,852 sq ft although the larger suite is currently under offer.
