Tetra Pak Snaps Up Refurbished Eagle House
Bray Fox Smith, acting on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle, has let Eagle House at Peregrine Business Park near High Wycombe to Tetra Pak Processing Limited.
Tetra Pak has taken the entire building comprising 11,727 sq ft at an annual rent of £228,676 per annum, which equates to £19.50 per sq ft. The tenant has signed a 10 year lease and was granted a rent-free period of 9 months.
Paul Smith of Bray Fox Smith comments, “Eagle House has been completely refurbished and we are delighted to have secured a single occupier for the building. Tetra Pak moved from the adjacent building known as Swan House, which is a great endorsement for Peregrine Business Park that a company such as Tetra Pak have decided to remain on the Park. Swan House will be refurbished to provide 7,500sq ft of grade A office accommodation which should be ready by Spring 2016”.
Bray Fox Smith also recently signed up, pharmaceutical and healthcare recruitment specialist Zenopa and orthopedic specialist Sky Medical, at the Park. The only other availability on the park is Mallard House which provides either 2,000 or 5,255 sq ft.
