Bray Fox Smith agree a new 7 year lease on Suite A (7,392 sq ft) to The Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. In addition to this, a new 3 year lease was agreed on Suite C (1,527 sq ft).
The Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust provide community health services to more than two million people across eleven London boroughs and Hertfordshire.
