Speakerbus Latest Tenant At Hanover House
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has negotiated a new 10 year lease with Speakerbus Limited at Hanover House, Queensgate in Waltham Cross.
Speakerbus Limited has signed a 10 year lease, with tenant only break at 5 years, for 9,599 sq ft on the ground floor, at an annual rent of £158,384 per annum or £16.50 per sq ft and six months rent free.
Speakerbus Group plc is a communications technology developer and manufacturer established in 1984 and headquartered in the UK with offices across Europe, the U.S. and Asia. It supplies voice communication solutions.
Queensgate is a campus style development of three detached two store office buildings with generous on site parking. Hanover House has recently undergone a refurbishment of the common areas. Tenants include Telford Homes, Meta Management Services, ISS Medical Insurance and ESAB Group.
