After 22 years running the south east office team as a partner at Montagu Evans, Simon Knight joined BFS in 2020 as a Director. Simon has over 35 years’ experience in the national office market and his geographical specialisation is the south east office market. Simon works on the disposal and acquisition of office premises on both a leasehold and freehold basis. He has a wealth of experience in providing feasibility, strategy, design and marketing advice on offices, business parks and mixed-use development opportunities. Simon’s experience also includes development and asset management advice.
Simon was born in Caversham, Berkshire and moved to live and work in London in 1988. He now lives in Chiswick, west London and is married to Christine and has two grown up children Oscar and Molly.
Simon was a keen sportsman but now limits himself to watching Arsenal and Surrey CC and indulging in the more leisurely pursuits of golf and country walks. Other interests, in no particular order, include; pubs, skiing, music and renaissance art.
