Rentokil Latest Tenant At Columbia Threadneedle’s East Grinstead House
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a new lease with Rentokil at East Grinstead House in West Sussex.
Rentokil Initial UK has taken part of the ground floor of Block E on a five year lease, with a Tenant only break at year three on 2,769 sq ft. The Tenant is paying a rent of £32,000 per annum equating to £11.56 per sq ft and received four months rent free.
East Grinstead House is a major office complex located on Wood Street close to the town centre and mainline station. It is home to a variety of well know occupiers including Capita Property & Infrastructure, Reed Elsevier and the Caravan Club. The complex is virtually full with the only two available suites being the 2nd floor of Block B and the 4th floor of Block E both of which have been fully refurbished and ready for immediate occupation.
