Park Holidays UK Finds New Seaside Home
Bray Fox Smith has agreed a deal with Park Holidays UK for Glovers House, Bexhill Enterprise Park, on behalf of Sea Change Sussex.
Park Holidays has taken the entire three floors at Glovers House, comprising 25,235 sq ft, on a 15 year lease, with 10 year break and is paying a stepped rent rising to £425,000 per annum.
Bexhill Enterprise Park is the first phase of development across 42 acres of land in north-east Bexhill. The land can accommodate up to 500,000 sq ft of business floor space across two sites and is expected to boost the local economy by £1 billion over the next 25 years. It has been made accessible for the first time by Combe Valley Way (formerly known as the Bexhill-Hastings Link Road), which was completed in December.
