A serviced office operator, Brentano Suite Finchley, has taken the north and south wings of the ground floor on a new 10-year lease with no break option. The tenant will pay a rent of £125,000 a year (£13.40 per sq ft) and there will be a rent review after five years.
Only 16,452 sq ft remains available in the 37,000 sq ft Solar House, which is located on the second floor and the south wing of the first floor.
Brentano Suite Finchley were not represented in the transaction, Solar House will become their 3rd serviced office centre in North London.
