Millenium Centre Now Fully Let

Bray Fox Smith, acting on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle, have successfully let the last remaining suite in M1 Millenium Centre, Farnham, comprising 1,870 sq ft to Howett-Thorpe Recruitment Consultants Ltd at a rent of £39,270 pa (£21.00 per sq ft). Howett-Thorpe provides financial recruitment and consultancy services throughout the Uk. The Millenium Centre is now their new HQ.
M1 totals 7,415 sq ft of refurbished offices which are now fully let. Bray Fox Smith recently let space to Handelsbanken who acquired the 2nd floor, east wing totalling 1,660 sq ft in February and Net Technical Solutions Ltd who acquired the 1st floor totalling 3,548sq ft in September 2014.
