Commercial Estates Group (CEG), advised by Bray Fox Smith, has completed a letting to the London Ambulance Service at Maritime House in Barking, Essex.

London Ambulance Service has taken 15,980 sq ft on a 3 year lease, with break at year 2 and are paying £16.50 per sq ft. They join regional newspaper publisher Archant and North East London NHS Foundation as tenants at Maritime House.

James Shillabeer of Bray Fox Smith commented: “Barking is only 15 minutes from the City of London by train and rents are competitive in comparison with other locations this well connected. There is a further 13,760 sq ft of office accommodation available and the building has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard.”
