Maritime House Barking Welcomes The London Ambulance Service
Commercial Estates Group (CEG), advised by Bray Fox Smith, has completed a letting to the London Ambulance Service at Maritime House in Barking, Essex.
London Ambulance Service has taken 15,980 sq ft on a 3 year lease, with break at year 2 and are paying £16.50 per sq ft. They join regional newspaper publisher Archant and North East London NHS Foundation as tenants at Maritime House.
