Launch Of 35 Fountain Street Manchester
IVG has launched a 50,652 sq ft office development in central Manchester. 35 Fountain Street has undergone an extensive refurbishment and incorporates a tenant hub with wifi, coffee shop, Apple Mac computers, library, break out space and meeting areas. It is also the first building in the city to offer a dedicated cycle hub with 110 racks, showers and lockers.
Sim Khatkar of Bray Fox Smith, joint agent on the scheme with CBRE, comments, “Designed by architects 5 Plus to meet the needs of a modern occupier, the whole of the ground floor has become a dedicated tenant hub and is the real heart and focal point of the building. This is a unique HQ in the heart of Manchester and we’ve had considerable interest in the building since it was launched last month.”
35 Fountain Street is also set to host a NW Business Insider property breakfast at the end of October and sponsored The Cycle to Cannes, which raised over £200,000 for charity.
