Top 20 accountancy practice Kingston Smith is moving to Betchworth House, Redhill in Surrey. Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith and Hurst Warne, have agreed a deal with the firm for 4,404 sq ft on the 1st floor.
Kingston Smith has offices in London’s West End and the City, Romford, Heathrow and St Albans, in addition to Redhill. The tenant has signed a 10 year lease, with tenant only break at 5 years on a self-contained office suite. From here, the practice will service clients across Surrey and Sussex.
Betchworth House is located in Redhill town centre at 57-65 Station Road. It is a short walk to the station, town centre, shops and amenities. The property is located 3 miles from Junction 8 of the M25.
