Herbal Life Relocate To The Atrium In Uxbridge

Global nutrition company Herbal Life has signed a 10 year lease at Aviva Investors’ The Atrium in Uxbridge for 16,744 sq ft, at a rental of £25.50 per sq ft. Herbal Life has taken part of the 4th floor, with a 5 year break and 15 month rent free period.
Aviva has appointed Bray Fox Smith to market 26,139 sq ft of refurbished space at this 140,000 sq ft central Uxbridge office development. Quoting rents are £26.50 per sq ft.
Richard Harding of Bray Fox Smith comments, “Herbal Life has relocated from elsewhere within Uxbridge and we have good interest in the remainder of the space.”
