Emerson Electric Plugs For Croxley Business Park
Multinational engineering giant Emerson Electric Ltd has taken one of the final remaining units at Columbia Threadneedle’s Building 6 courtyard scheme at Croxley Green Business Park.
Bray Fox Smith, acting on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle, have agreed a 5 year lease with Emerson for 3,249 sq ft. The deal includes 4 months rent free, plus a further 3 months after a tenant only break in 2018. Emerson is paying £63,400 per annum, which equates to £19.50 per sq ft.
Millipore UK Ltd, Laserfiche Services UK, Whyte Pharma and Anytime Fitness have all signed up to space in Building 6 over the last twelve months, where each suite benefits from its own front door and signage. They joined existing tenants Telecom Resources and Bayliss Medical.
Croxley Green Business Park is home to over 55 companies and 2,200 employees, located in over 75 acres of landscaped grounds. Within the business park there is; a café, gym, children’s nursery, hair salon, an exclusive tenant events programme and free bus service to Watford town centre. The business park also has electric re-charging points for cars and an Amazon click and collect scheme.
