Elevation Sales Head To Tottenham Court Road
Bray Fox Smith has advised Elevation Sales on the acquisition of 2,200 sq ft at 172 Tottenham Court Road. The film distributor, established 10 years ago and jointly owned by Lionsgate and Studio Canal UK, has taken the space on a 5 year lease, with 3 year break, at £42.50 per sq ft.
Bray Fox Smith was instructed to search for Elevation Sales’ new premises equidistant to the two parent companies, which are based on Marshall Street and Charlotte Street in W1. BFS undertook a comprehensive search of the market and advised that the new space should be located in Fitzrovia close to Tottenham Court Road. Once agreed, BFS also advised on project costs and consultants to ensure the project remained on budget and could be delivered within very tight timescales.
