Durkan Signs 15 Year Lease At Aberdeen’s Elstree Gate In Borehamwood
Aberdeen Asset Management, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has let Unit 4, Elstree Gate to Durkan, who agreed to take a 15 year lease, with a 10 year break. Unit 4, comprises 19,689 sq ft of offices, Durkan have agreed to pay an annual rent of £328,350 or £16.68 psf, they received a 24 month rent free period.
Durkan are a long established residential developer/contractor and have moved from their former head office in Waltham Cross.
Elstree Gate is a modern development of seven, two story office buildings. Unit 4 is the largest unit on the estate. It has excellent access to the motorway network and is 12 miles from central London. Each building offers self-contained office accommodation over ground and first floors and benefits from air-conditioning and good car parking facilities.
