Dunnhumby Takes Space At Standard Life’s Ealing Cross
Retail marketing group Dunnhumby is to lease 36,500 sq ft of office space from Standard Life Investment Funds at its Ealing Cross development, located at 78-79 Uxbridge Road.
Bray Fox Smith, joint agents on the scheme with Montagu Evans, report that Dunnhumby is taking a five-year lease at £25 per sq ft and will join existing occupiers A2Dominion, Toluna Group and Red Bee Media.
Standard Life developed the 135,639 sq ft, nine storey office scheme in 2009.
There is 42,700 sq ft still available to let on the ground, part of 2nd and 5th floors from 7,825 sq ft to 18,258 sq ft. The quoting rent is £27.50 per sq ft.
