DOOBA Signs NHS In Barking
DOOBA Investments III Ltd, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a deal with NHS NELFT for new premises at Maritime House in Barking.
NHS NELFT (North East London Foundation Trust) has signed a five year lease, with a Tenant only break at three years for 5,265 sq ft on the 2nd Floor of Maritime House, Linton Road in Barking. The Tenant is paying a rent of £16.50 per sq ft and received three months rent free.
Maritime House is a 55,000 sq ft purpose built office building located within a two minute walk of Barking station and is only 15 minutes from the City and 25 minutes from Central London. With the recent deal to Archant Media on the part 7th and 8th floors as well as the ground floor being under offer, supply within the building is reducing and only 34,000 sq ft remains available to let.
NELFT provides community health and specialist mental health, learning disability and substance misuse services for people living in Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, and community health services for people living in south west Essex.
