Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a letting to chartered accountants and business advisors Myers Clarke at Egale 1 in Watford. The refurbished four-storey office building is now fully let.

Myers Clark has signed for the entire ground floor on a 10 year lease, with tenant only break at year 5. In total the company has taken 4,876 sq ft at a rent of £22.50 per sq ft or £109,710 per annum, with fifteen months rent free.

Columbia Threadneedle also signed mechanical and electrical servicing contractor Designer Group earlier this summer. Designer Group took 5,335 sq ft on a 10 year lease, also at a rent of £22.50 per sq ft.

Egale 1 is a four-storey office building close to Watford town centre and provides 21,680 sq ft of refurbished accommodation with a secure underground car park and newly refurbished reception. The upper two floors are let to Coface Ltd.
