Cleveland Street Fitrovia Becomes New Home For Accountants Arthur G Mead

Central London accountants Arthur G Mead Ltd, advised by Bray Fox Smith, have agreed a deal for new premises at Cleveland Street in London’s Fitzrovia.
Arthur G Mead has taken the 4th floor at 153/157 Cleveland Street on a 5 year lease from Eurocrest Properties Ltd. The floor comprises 1,500 sq ft and the agreed rental is £85,250 per annum, which equates to £57.50 per sq ft.
