Building 6 At Croxley Green Business Park Attracts Success
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith and Stimpsons, has agreed a deal with Succeed Consultancy Ltd for 4,363 sq ft at Building 6, Croxley Green Business Park.
Succeed has taken suite 24 on a 5 year lease, with tenant only break at 3 years, at an annual rental of £85,000, which equates to £19.48 per sq ft. The deal includes 6 months rent free, with an additional 3 month rent free period if the break isn’t exercised.
Bray Fox Smith and Stimpsons have also agreed deals this month with engineering giant Emerson Electric Ltd and facilities management specialist Servest Group Ltd. Other tenants include Millipore UK Ltd, Laserfiche Services UK and Whyte International.
Croxley Green Business Park is home to over 60 companies and 2,500 employees located in over 75 acres of landscaped grounds.
