Building 6 At Croxley Chosen By Top Accountancy Practice
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a deal with Moore Stephens LLP for 2,163 sq ft at Building 6, Croxley Green Business Park.
Moore Stephens LLP, a top 10 accounting and advisory firm with offices throughout the UK, has taken suites 15a and 17 on a 10 year lease, with tenant only break at 5 years. They are paying an annual rental of £42,200 which equates to £19.51 per sq ft. The deal includes 6 months rent free, with an additional 6 month rent free period if the break isn’t exercised.
Bray Fox Smith have also agreed deals with Johnson Control, engineering giant Emerson Electric Ltd, facilities management specialist Servest Group Ltd and Succeed Consulting Limited. Other tenants include Millipore UK Ltd, Laserfiche Services UK and Whyte International.
Croxley Green Business Park is home to over 60 companies and 2,500 employees, located in over 75 acres of landscaped grounds.
