Broner Metals Opts For Building 6 At Croxley
Bray Fox Smith have agreed a deal with Broner Metals for 2,952 sq ft at Building 6, Croxley Green Business Park, on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle.
Broner Metals has taken suite 9 on a 10 year lease, with tenant only break at the end of year 5 and six months rent free at a rent of £23.00 psf.
Bray Fox Smith have also agreed deals at Building 6 with Atlantis Medicare, Johnson Control, Moore Stephens LLP, engineering giant Emerson Electric Ltd, facilities management specialist Servest Group Ltd and Succeed Consulting Limited. Other park tenants include Medtronic, Smith and Nephew, Shopfittings Direct Ltd, Howdens, Kodak and Gtech.
Croxley Green Business Park covers 75 acres and is a well-established business location for over 60 companies and 2,500 employees. The Park facilities are second to none and include: a café; gym; children’s nursery; hair salon; an exclusive tenant events programme; a free bus service to Watford town centre; and a car sharing scheme. The business park also has electric re-charging points for cars and an Amazon click and collect scheme.
