Breakspear Park Lettings in 2023!
We have completed on 3 large lettings at Breakspear Park this year.
Bray Fox Smith agreed the simultaneous surrendering of BAM’s lease in Suite 2A whilst agreeing a new letting to Parker Hannifin on the same suite and additionally letting them c. 6,000 sq ft on the ground floor. Parker Hannifin are one of the world’s largest engineering businesses and moved their offices from Maylands to Breakspear Park in May 2023.
There was also a new lease for LGF Lab and Storage and a variation to Britvic’s lease on their 2nd floor HQ this shows the ongoing commitment from a large corporate to Breakspear Park.
In addition to both these deals, Butlins Skyline took a lease on c. 11,000 sq ft on the 1st floor and part 2nd floor of Breakspear Place after deciding to move from 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead.
Breakspear Park is a remarkable hub for both start-up and established businesses. Featuring a 150-seat restaurant, a café, an events programme, a shuttle bus from the train station/town centre, the building boasts an amenity-rich life work balance that now includes a gym and shower facilities with classes and equipment.
Breakspear Park is a highly specified building and has a very good car parking ratio and remains one of the region’s most iconic buildings.
