Bray Fox Smith Strengthens Team
Commercial property agent Bray Fox Smith has further strengthened its team with the appointment of James Shillabeer as an Associate Director. Shillabeer, who joins from Capita Symonds, specialises in the disposal of office and industrial accommodation in the South East and acquisitions nationwide.
Shillabeer has over 8 years experience within the South East commercial markets and his client base includes Threadneedle, Westbrook Properties, LSH Asset Management, Commercial Estates and Go Compare. He joined Donaldsons in April 2006, before moving to Glenny LLP three years later, where he headed up the agency department in East London. He joined Capita Symonds in September 2010 as an Associate Director.
Bray Fox Smith Partner Paul Smith comments, “We have had a fantastic year with lettings such as Dunnhumby at Westerland’s former Ford Motors warehouse in Hammersmith, Neolane at Premier House Twickenham and are seeing a surge in letting activity. We have also been appointed as joint agent on Threadneedle’s newly acquired Croxley Green Business Park and felt that it was time to strengthen the team. James is a key player in the South East market and as some of us have worked with him at previous firms, he will fit straight in.”
Bray Fox Smith was set up in 2009 by well-known business space agents Rob Bray, Pat Fox and Paul Smith, who have over 75 years experience in commercial property between them. They have since been joined by Sim Khatkar, the former head of Cushman & Wakefield’s national offices team, Richard Harding, former Head of South East Office Agency at DTZ and James Archibald former director at Morgan Williams.
