Bray Fox Smith Boosts National Agency Team And Opens Northern Office
Commercial property agent Bray Fox Smith has strengthened its national agency team by recruiting a senior member of staff and opening a northern office in Leeds to cover the region.
Former King Sturge agent Jonathan Gale has joined Bray Fox Smith to open the office which will be located at No 1 Leeds on Whitehall Road in the city centre. National agency partner Sim Khatkar believes that the new northern office will support the firm’s UK-wide advisory service particularly in the north and Scotland. Jonathan Gale adds: “We are very optimistic about the northern regional office market and the prospects for the year ahead. Our new office provides us with the perfect platform to service our landlord and occupier clients across the patch.”
Bray Fox Smith was recently involved in the deal which saw Leeds-based advertising company Gratterpalm announce its decision to relocate its Leeds headquarters to No1 Leeds.
Bray Fox Smith was founded in 2009 by agency trio Paul Smith, Rob Bray and Patrick Fox, who have over 75 years experience in the commercial property industry between them.
