Boultbee Brooks Real Estate have completed construction at their Two Sheen Road office development in Richmond, having secured pre-lets on almost 60% of the building.

The 20,000 sq ft building is situated in a prime position in Richmond town centre and has undergone a comprehensive redevelopment – now providing best in class space. The building benefits from a spacious reception and business lounge, a contemporary exposed services finish, secure cycle storage and showers as well as private terraces on the top three floors.

• Parkrun, the organisation that governs and protects parkrun events and territories around the world have taken the 4th floor totalling 2,164 sq ft.
• Clorox, the global manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products have taken the 3rd floor totalling 4,345 sq ft.
• Civil and environmental engineers, Metis Consultants, have taken the 2nd floor – 4,659 sq ft.

The pre-let success leaves only the ground (3,541 sq ft) and first (4,983 sq ft) available.
