BFS Advises IVG On The Building Chiswick
IVG, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a 5 year lease with Digital Globe at The Building, 578 Chiswick High Road in Chiswick. The global high-resolution earth imagery provider has taken 2550 sq ft at a record rent for the building of £38.50 per sq ft.
Sim Khatkar of Bray Fox Smith comments, “By negotiating a new lease for an existing tenant at The Building, we were able to free up the top floor. Our brief from IVG was to market the available space at increased rental terms of £35 per sq ft and above. By increasing the passing rent we have significantly increased the investment value of The Building.
The Building is located directly opposite Gunnersbury station (District Line and Overground) and is close to Chiswick Park. It is a five minute walk to Chiswick town centre and just ½ a mile from the Chiswick roundabout and Junction 1 of the M4.
