Arden University Takes Space At International House Ealing

On behalf of our client Mapeley Estates, Bray Fox Smith has secured a deal with Arden University at International House in Ealing.
Arden University has signed a sub-lease until March 2021, on 11,442 sq ft on the 3rd floor East. The tenant is paying an undisclosed rent and the deal required a change of use from B1 to D1.
International House adjoins Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and is close to the High Street and Ealing Broadway station. It offers excellent on-site car parking facilities and the offices are centered around an impressive full height glass atrium and private landscaped gardens.
