Andarko Expands At The Atrium In Uxbridge

One of the World’s leading oil and natural gas exploration and production companies has expanded at Aviva Investor’s The Atrium in Uxbridge. Letting agent Bray Fox Smith has confirmed that
Andarko has signed a new 6 year lease on an additional 6,482 sq ft on the remainder of the 4th floor at a rent of £25.50 per sq ft.
This latest letting follows news that technology firm Integrated Research has signed a 5 year lease on 2,459 sq ft, at a rental of £24.00 per sq ft and nutrition firm Herbal Life took 16,744 sq ft on a 10 year lease last yearat £25.50per sq ft.
The Andarko letting now leaves only 8,080 sq ft on the ground floor which is available and quoting rent of £28.50 per sq ft.
