Airport Coordination Ltd Moves HQ To Threadneedle’s Viewpoint In Staines

Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a 10 year lease with ACL Ltd (Airport Coordination Ltd) for part of the third floor at Viewpoint, London Road (A30), Staines.
ACL has taken 3,800 sq ft at a rental of £76,000 per annum, with a tenant only break at year 5. This will be the company’s new head office and is only 5 miles from Heathrow airport and within walking distance of Staines railway station.
Viewpoint is a prominent, multi-tenanted building with plenty of natural light, landscaped garden and views over Shortwood Common. Ground floor offices of between 3,745 sq ft and 10,365 sq ft are still available.
