AB InBev At Capability Green
IVG (Uk) Limited, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a new 10 year lease with AB InBev UK Limited, part of the World’s largest brewer, for 25,705 sq ft of offices at 500 Capability Green in Luton, AB InBev has regeared their lease on the ground floor of this newly refurbished building at a rental of £449,837, £17.50 psf, with an initial 15 month rent free period and an option to break in the fifth year.
Earlier this year, Williams Lea agreed a 10 year lease to take the first floor East Wing comprising 13,127 sq ft, at a rental of £225,000 per annum.
Capability Green is a 75,000 sq ft office building within easy distance of both Luton Parkway and Luton airport. IVG has been refurbishing the building on a rolling programme and Bray Fox Smith is currently marketing the remaining 12,500 sq ft on the first floor. The building is now occupied by AB Inbev and Northgate.
