Bray Fox Smith Secures Northern Home Counties Largest Office Deal for 18 months

Acting on behalf of Threadneedle, Bray Fox Smith has let the 40,000 sq ft Gainsborough office building, on Houghton Hall office park, Dunstable in the largest transaction of its kind in the northern Home Counties for 18 months.
Global group ArjoHuntleigh has taken the newly refurbished three-storey building on a new 15-year lease, with a tenant-only break at the end of the tenth year. The company will pay a rent of £500,000 a year.
Paul Smith of Bray Fox Smith says: “We carried out extensive local occupier research across the northern Home Counties before we identified ArjoHuntleigh as a suitable tenant for the building.”
