Q1 2022 Costar awards for BFS

Bray Fox Smith are pleased to announce that we have won the Q1 2022 Costar award for the Top office Leasing Deal in the Berkshire & North Hampshire Leasing market.
James Shillabeer, Toby Lumsden and Jordan Willcock came out on top in the list of winners in the Berkshire/North Hampshire market after leasing 56,000 sq ft to Ultra Electronics.
This success follows on from Bray Fox Smith winning the Q4 2021 Costar award for the top office leasing deal in the Berkshire & North Hampshire Leasing market, awarded to James Shillabeer, Richard Harding and Jordan Willcock for leasing 25,299 sq ft to EY.
The CoStar Awards Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.
