Pinebridge Benson Elliot and Cube Double up With Guildford Offices Lettings
Pinebridge Benson Elliot and Cube Real Estate have signed MC2 Therapeutics for 11,426 square feet of laboratory space at Guildford Business Park in Surrey.
The pharmaceutical company will use the ground floor of Building 1A predominantly for research and development laboratory space, which it has taken on a new 10-year lease.
Professional services consultant Barnet Waddingham has taken 5,105 square feet in Building 2 on a new five-year lease.
