Bray Fox Smith are happy to announce they have advised SensorNet on their relocation and acquisition of a new UK premises.
SensorNet as a US/UK company provides the world’s most advanced asset monitioring solutions, using real-time distributed temperature, strain and pressure measuring systems.
Following an introduction to SensorNet by London lawyers, Mishcon, BFS provided advice which resulted in a managed exit from their former premises at Centennial Park. Following a search for premises across a number of locations, the UK Management Team shortlisted options which resulted in the relocation to the Penfold Industrial Estate in Watford.
