In light of the recent circumstances and guidelines surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, Bray Fox Smith would like to update our clients, business suppliers and contacts on the protocols we are adopting to ensure the wellbeing of the BFS team members, their families and those externally we come in to regular contact with, as well as providing business continuity to our clients and our wider business contacts.

We have currently implemented a remote working policy throughout our business; therefore the team, whilst working from home, will be accessible on their mobile phones and emails. All contact information can be found on our website www.brayfoxsmith.com.

Whilst Bray Fox Smith remains open for business, the team will only be using the offices for short internal meetings, or other support that is deemed essential. In line with the recommended protocols we are operating a policy which limits the members of our team to only undertake activities and meetings which are absolutely essential.

We are committed to trying to maintain business as usual and to limiting the disruption to our clients and we remain committed to ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service, communication and regular updates.

In the first instance team members will communicate with you directly sharing updates and key information. In addition, we will share further updates via our website and other business media. Wherever possible we will still undertake viewings/inspections, but having regard to the Govt Guidelines.

We will also ensure that before meeting with anyone during the normal course of business, we will enquire as to their Coronavirus status. If they are a Coronavirus risk we will not meet with them in person. Finally, before attending a property we will make enquiries as to whether there are any suspected, or confirmed cases of Coronavirus on site. If there are cases we will not attend the property unless absolutely essential and advise others accordingly.
