Bray Fox Smith completed the letting of Drake House at Crossways Business Park, Dartford to Bellway Homes.
Drake House is approximately 15,000 sq ft of good quality office space with an excellent car parking ratio of 1:131 sq ft.
The building was effectively pre-let to Bellway Homes who are a FTSE 250 company, on a 15 year lease with a tenants only break at an undisclosed rent which was close to the asking rent of £26.00 psf. As part of the deal the landlord refurbished the building.
The building is owned by The Worshipful Company of Dyers.
