Bray Fox Smith has agreed a new 10 year lease with BAM on the whole of the 2nd Floor of the East Wing comprising of two suites, 2A and 2B. The floor is made up of two wings, totalling 20,675 sq ft and comprises offices.
BAM Construct UK Ltd design, construct, refurbish and operate buildings for public and private sector clients and for their own portfolio of properties. This is additional to their existing space so have expanded and moved their staff from the St Albans offices into Breakspear Park.
