Bray Fox Smith, acting jointly with Hurst Wayne on behalf of Woking Borough Council, have agreed terms with CSH Ltd to take 9,765 sq ft of fully fitted office space on a new 10 year lease with a Tenant only break at year 5.
CSH Ltd (Central Surrey Health Ltd) is an employee owned, non profit NHS community healthcare provider. Their aim is to help people live the healthiest lives they can within their community.
Dukes Court which is widely regarded as the most prestigious business address in Woking, is a modern, purpose-built office building totalling 225,000 sq ft in the heart of the town centre.
